At Worker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid return shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location or visit one of our physical storefronts.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
